Women's Golf Ready for Championship

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Fresno State women's golf team will conclude the 2013-14 season at the Mountain West Championship on April 24-26 in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
This will be the Bulldog's second appearance in the Mountain West Championship and first under the direction of head coach Emily Milberger.
"Heading into conference play I am extremely pleased with where we are as a team right now," Milberger said. "The ladies are playing their best golf of the year right now and our spring successes have given us great momentum and confidence as we head to the championship. Our preparation has gotten us prepared to make a strong statement at this year's event and finish this season off with a bang."
The tournament will take place on the par-72, 6,324-yard Dinah Shore Tournament Course at the Mission Hills Country Club. This is the second consecutive year the tournament is hosted at this course.
Eighteen holes will be played each day with tee times beginning at 7 a.m. PT.
Among the field is nine teams including Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, San Jose State, UNLV, and Wyoming.
