Laura Luethke has been named the gobulldogs.com/Bingham Toyota Athlete of the Week. Luethke, a senior from Clovis, Calif. led Fresno State to its first-ever WAC Championship while earning the individual title as well. Luethke posted four-over 220 with scores of 73-74-73 to lead the field by two strokes to mark her fifth career win and first of the season. This is the first honor for Luethke and the women's golf team this season.
Others nominated were: Val-Pierre Dai're (Track and Field), Alan Ahmady (Baseball), Ryane Petersen (Softball), Rudolf Siwy (Men's Tennis), and Tinesta Rowe (Women's Tennis).
