    The `Dogs leave for Erie, Colorado tomorrow to compete in the 2010 Heather Farr/University of Colorado Memorial this weekend. They recently returned from the Rose City Collegiate tournament and finished in sixth place. Head coach Angie Cates-Moore is pleased with the amount of progress her team has made in a very short amount of time. Cates-Moore knows there is still a lot of work to do, but the team is moving in the right direction and seeing positive results.

    Course: University of Colorado Golf Course

    Yardage: 7,676 yards

    Par: 72

    The Fresno State women's golf team is currently ranked 75th in the WAC Golfstat Team Rankings. The team's average score for the season is 300.50 with a low round of 292. Junior Louisa Lies currently leads the team with an average score of 74 with a low round of 69. Lies has hit 17 birdies this season and is also ranked 75th in putting out of 627.

    Louisa Lies (Jr.): Golf World Magazine National Player of the Week after winning the Hawaii Thompson Invitational ... shot a careerlow of 66 at Hawaii, second lowest score in the WAC in 2010 ... Competed in all ten tournaments played last season with a best finish of the year was a tie for second place at the WAC Championships with rounds of 70-73-74 ... averaged 76.48 stokes per round ... had a team high of 56 birdies ... shot a low round of 70, which is the lowest on the team ... tied for eighth place in the 2010 Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic.

    Chelsea Czinski (Sr.): Tied for 19th at the Thompson Invitaional, her best performance of the season ... competed in nine tournaments ... best finish of the year came at the Giustina Memorial where she tied for 13th ... shot a low round of 71 at Oregon State and also had a record 24 putts ... averaged 79.38 per round ... had 32 birdies ... ranked 14th in the country for hitting the most fairways ... earned teams Most Improved Award ... finished in 13th place at the 2010 Rose City Collegiate tournament.
