After being a Fresno State student-athlete for the last three years, Aja Scheuber remains a part of Fresno State athletics, this time in a role of a volunteer assistant coach for the Bulldog women's lacrosse program.
Scheuber spent her first two years playing for the Fresno State softball program and this past year was a member of the first-ever women's lacrosse team where she played in all 14 games, starting 13. She scored five goals as a low-attacker.
Scheuber played for coach Margie Wright and the Bulldog softball team in 2007 and 2008. She was a two-time Academic-WAC selection and was named to the 2008 ESPN Academic All-American Team, the NCAA West Regional Team and the Fresno Regional All-Tournament team.
