'Dogs Drop Road Game

EUGENE, Ore. - The Fresno State women's lacrosse team came out fighting against Oregon Friday afternoon in Eugene, Ore. but despite their efforts fell 21-4, putting them 0-3 in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation.
Natalie Harrington scored for the Bulldogs (2-7) within the first 10 minutes and continued to help the attack, adding an assist with one second remaining in the first half to Lauren Natale's second goal of the game.
Natale's first goal of the game was off a free position shot with 18 seconds left in the first half and then ran past the Ducks defense scoring back-to-back goals making the score 12-2 heading into halftime.
Despite a primarily low scoring afternoon, the 'Dogs did come back within the first 15 minutes of the second half with a goal by Kara Concheck off the bench. The Ducks continued to battle scoring five more unanswered points running the clock down to the final minutes.
The Bulldogs continue road play as they head to Berkeley to take on California Tuesday, April 10 at 1 p.m.
