    DAVIS, Calif. --- The Fresno State lacrosse team dropped a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation game to UC Davis, 15-8 on Friday in Aggie Stadium.

    Senior Kara Concheck and sophomore Anjelica Fuccillo led the Bulldogs for the second straight game with three goals each. Fuccillo also posted one assists to finish the day with four points.

    Junior Marcy Levatino and freshman Kyleigh Westgarth added one goal each for Fresno State.

    Overall, Caroline Dineen-Carlson led Fresno State with a team-high three draw controls and three groundballs. Sophomore Meghan Macaulay had her best defensive game of the year with two caused turnovers, one interception and two groundballs.

    "We had a lot of people step up today and contribute all over the field," said Fresno State head coach Jessica Pausewang. "I think it showed our versiltialty and our growth and I'm excited for our trip to San Diego State and Michigan next week."

    Fresno State (2-11, 1-7 MPSF) is set to face San Diego State for its last conference game of the season on April 23 at 6 p.m. PT.
