Marcy Levatino Named Sysco Student-Athlete of the Week

    Sophomore Marcy Levatino had a standout performance that helped lead the Bulldogs to a 17-14 win over Presbyterian to put Fresno State at 1-0. Coming off the bench, Levatino added the fire that the 'Dogs needed, shooting 78 percent on the day. Levatino scored 7 goals, breaking the Fresno State lacrosse record for goals scored in a single game. Levatino not only dominated on attack, but on the draw as well, coming up with 8 draw controls. A dominant midfielder, Levatino also picked up 5 groundballs for the Bulldogs and forced 2 caused turnovers.
