    Bulldogs Host Colombia
    The Fresno State lacrosse team is set to host Colombia for its final nonconference game of the season on Wednesday at 2 pm. PT in Bulldog Stadium. This will be the first of three straight home games for the 'Dogs who will be at home for the next three weeks.

    About the Competition
    After winning its first game of the season, Columbia (1-3, 0-2 IL) has gone on to lose three straight games. The Lions most recently had a narrow 9-8 loss to USC on March 17. Senior Paige Cuscovitch leads Colombia with eight goals and 10 points. Sophomore goalkeeper Colleen Packer has started all four games in cage for the Lions and has recorded 21 saves and allowed 42 shots in. This will be the second matchup of the two teams, when Fresno State traveled to New York last year the Lions won 16-7.

    Levatino Records Season-High
    Junior Marcy Levatino finished two road games last weekend with six points and five goals for the Bulldogs. Levatino had one goal against Oregon on Saturday and recorded a team-high five points off four goals and one assist against UConn on Sunday, marking a season-best for the junior attacker. Leads Fresno State with five assists this season and ranks second on the team with 14 points and nine goals.

    Freshman Impact
    The freshman Bulldog class has made a positive impact across the field in their first season. As a class they have combined for 16 goals and 21 points. Freshmen Allison Poust and Sarah Goetz lead the class with four goals each which ranks tied for fourth on the team. Fellow freshman Kyleigh Westgarth leads Fresno State with 18 draw controls this year while Caroline Dineen-Carlson is second on the team with 13 draw controls and adds a team-high five caused turnovers.

    Three-Game Home Stand
    Wednesday's game kicks off the Bulldogs final three-game home stand of the 2014 season. After facing the Lions on March 19 for its last nonconference game of the year, Fresno State then continues Mountain Pacific Sports Federation play as they host USC on March 28 and St. Mary's on April 10 for senior day. The Bulldogs are also set to host their Alumni game in-between their final two home competitions on March 29 at 2 p.m.
