FRESNO, Calif. --- In her last game in Bulldog Stadium, Fresno State senior Morgan Castain led the 'Dogs with two goals to a 3-0 Mountain West victory over Colorado State on senior night.

Prior to the start of the game, the Bulldogs honored Castain as well as the six other seniors- Megan Mossman, Shonice Myers, Lauren Lindstrom, Tara Boynton, Kayla Kret and Riley Fielder. Fresno State (9-7-2, 6-2-1MW) went on to send their seniors off in high fashion, recording its sixth shutout of the year as they ran its unbeaten streak to seven with a 3-0 win over the Rams.

"We feel awesome, it is always an emotional day with the seniors and this group has been awesome and they are really leading the way," said Fresno State head coach Brian Zwaschka. "It was a great send off for them. Their families and fans were here to support them, which made for a great final home match."

Castain started the night off for the Bulldogs, scoring her first goal of the night off of a penalty kick in the 41st minute.

Freshman Alyssa Holsworth came off the bench to score her first collegiate goal three minutes later to extend 'Dogs lead over Rams to 2-0 going into halftime.

"We have felt great about our bench this whole year and the minutes that they have been playing and the productivity and the contributions they make," said Zwaschka. "That depth is really important and the fact we are getting the positive minutes from so many players on the bench is reassuring."

Castain scored her second goal of the night in the 81st minute with an assist from Shonice Myers. Castain currently leads the Mountain West with 12 goals and 26 points this season.

"I think that her (Castain) play has been smart, and that goes for all the players around her," said Zwaschka. "She is bringing other players into the play and luckily she has been very fortunate in terms of the goals scoring. She has been putting them away and we appreciate it."

Junior goalkeeper Katie DeVault had a huge save for the Bulldogs in the early of the game and ended the night with five saves to. Fielder recorded the final five minutes in goal to send off the last home game of her career.

The Bulldogs are set to play their last regular season game of the year at San Jose State next Friday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. before heading to the Mountain West tournament on Nov. 5 in Albuquerque, N.M.
