Soccer to hold Red and White Scrimmage

    FRESNO, Calif. ---The Fresno State Soccer team will hold a Red and White scrimmage Saturday Aug. 4 at 6 pm on the Fresno State Soccer and Lacrosse Field.

    The team began preseason camp on Wednesday and has participated in three-a-days this week. This will serve as the first time the coaches see how the team will mesh will returners and newcomers. The team will be divided into red and white squads.

    Head Coach Brian Zwaschka enters his fourth season with the Bulldogs and is looking to start strong in the inaugural season in the Mountain West.

    The Bulldogs will travel to face the 2011 National Champion Stanford in an exhibition matchup on Aug. 10 at 7 p.m.
