Ali Sill has been named the gobulldogs.com Athlete of the Week for the week of November 3. Sill scored an insurance goal in the, 2-0, win over Nevada on Nov. 2. The senior scored her third goal of the year in her last game at Bulldog Stadium. The captain leads the team in assists this season and set a single-season record of nine assists last year.
Sill, asenior from Castro Valley, Calif. (Castro Valley HS), set a new Fresno State record with 23 career assists. She recorded her 23rd assist on Oct. 10 against San Jose State. She surpassed Reyna Green (1999- 2002), who held the record with 22 assists.
Sill has three goals and four assist on the year for 10 points.
