    USA Softball -- Fall 2002: Named to the 2002 USA Softball Junior women's National Team ... played in the First Pan American Junior Women's Softball Championship, Dec. 13-21, in Sonora, Republic of Mexico ... guided team to an 8-0 finish and earned a gold medal ... helped USA Junior Women's National Team earn a berth into the 2003 ISF Junior Women's World Championship.

    Holy Names HS: Four-year varsity starter at pitcher at Holy Names High School ... also played volleyball her freshman year ... four-time all-league ... three-time league MVP ... helped Holy Names to two league titles ... softball team went 59-7 in her final three years ... 1999 freshman athlete of the year ... as a freshman, she hit .363 ... batted .350 as a sophomore and .387 as a junior ... as a senior, she hit .367 with a .467 slugging percentage ... in the circle, she went 12-3 while leading prep team to the Bay Shore Athletic League title as a junior ... also tallied 171 strikeouts and 11 shutouts while recording six shutouts for a 0.21 ERA ... recorded a 14-strikeout perfect game and combined for two no-hitters in 2001 ... as a senior, she went 15-4 with 236 strikeouts to nine walks and 12 shutouts for a 0.27 ERA.
