2015 (FRESHMAN): One of five Bulldog freshmen on the 2015 roster ... led the Bulldog reserve players with a .190 batting average in 26 game appearances ... made 20 starts on the season at shortstop, first base and third base with three pinch hitting opportunities ... collected 11 total hits with her first coming on Feb. 13 against Santa Clara ... had a season game-high of three multi-hit games vs. UC Davis (Feb. 14), UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 27) and Cal Poly (March 15) ... tallied seven RBI with two coming against Oregon State on Feb. 28 at Margie Wright Diamond ... in 58 at-bats, she had 11 hits including two doubles, one home run, 16 total bases, four walks and reached base four times due to a hit by pitch ... her first collegiate home run came against Santa Clara during the `Dogs season home opener on Feb. 13 ... as an infielder she was among 10 Bulldogs that posted a fielding percentage of .900 or better, capping her first season with 83 putouts and 16 assists.

High School: As a senior, the TCAL MVP and first-team all-league selection and St. Mary's Senior Athlete Player of the Year hit .525 with 31 RBI, 9 doubles, 6 triples, and 4 HR, and posted a .565 on-base percentage .851 slugging percentage ... was also an all-area honoree in 2012 and `13 ... the four-time letterwinner was the team's Defensive Player of the Year in 2012 and '13 seasons and also batted +.400 her first three years (junior .565, sophomore .406, freshman .410) ... club-wise, she played for the Stockton Running Rebels Gold and appeared in the 2013 Triple Crown and 2011 Fireworks All-Star Games in Colorado.

Personal: Parents are Marie and Steve Castellon ... has two brothers, Steven Jr. and Aaron ... most impacted by the 2008 Olympic Softball team for the moment they laid their cleats at home plate, after playing Japan, to symbolize the loss of softball in the Olympics ... admires her parents for getting her to where she is today ... the criminal justice major chose Fresno State because it's a great school and has a great softball program.
