"Having the partnership with ESPN Radio to help market Fresno State Softball and to inform and entertain our fans has always been a key for this team and coaching staff," said Paul Ladwig, Senior Associate Athletics Director of External Relations. "We are thrilled this partnership will continue on for many years and look forward to the call of the first pitch this Friday night."
A total of 20 games will be broadcasted, which starts with the `Dogs season opener on Feb. 8 at 4:30 against UTEP. ESPN will carry four of five games opening weekend and will also cover four games of the Fresno State Classic March 7-10.
ESPN will broadcast three road games in 2013. The `Dogs game against Texas State and Sacramento State on March 16 and CSU Bakersfield on April 10 are the away lineup.
