The following are the selections for the 2003 NCAA Sofbtall Regional All-Tournament Team from Region 2, hosted by Fresno State.
UCLA led the way with six selections, including the Most Outstanding Player Award winner- Keira Goerl. Michigan State and Georgia each placed two student-athletes on the squad, while Fresno State and North Carolina were also represented.
