Fresno State's Brittany Buna, a native of Canada, returned to her home country to compete in the 2012 Canadian Olympic Trials. She competed in the 400 IM, 200 IM and the 200 Backstroke.

Fresno State sophomore Brittany Buna competed in the 400 IM Wednesday morning at the Canadian Olympic Trials and swam a best time of 5:01.84 and finished 27th.

Fresno State Sophomore Brittany Buna, a native of Victoria, B.C., will compete in three events at the Canadian Olympic Trials the week of March 27 - April 1, 2012. The Trials will be held in a 50 meter pool in Montreal, Canada at the old Olympic Pool.
