A total of 71 Fresno State student-athletes were honored as part of a league-record 623 Mountain West scholar athletes.
The Bulldogs tallied 3,701 hours of community service in just six months
The Fresno State swimming and diving team had a second place, record breaking 200 free relay race on day three of the championships.
Senior Dani Yoho won the 50 free and was named the Mountain West Champion.
The Fresno State swimming and diving team will compete at its first Mountain West Championship meet this week.

Fresno State: 2011-12 (Junior): The top Bulldog in butterfly events for a third consecutive season ... notched a season best time for 57.55 in the 100 Butterfly at WAC Championships, finishing 16th in the finals ... clocked a season best time in the 200 Butterfly also at WAC Championships with a time of 2:07.48 ... this season best time earned her a 12th place finish in the finals ... member of the 200 Medley Relay that notched a season best time of 1:43.35 at the WAC Championships for a 6th place finish.
2010-11 (Sophomore): For the second season in a row was the top Bulldog in the butterfly events...topped both her career-bests at the WAC Championship Meet...placed 12th in the finals of the 100-yard fly with a time of 56.86 and earned her team important points, her preliminary time of 56.79 was her career-best...in the 200-yard fly she finished 10th in the preliminary round with a career-best time of 2:05.79 and went on the place 11th in the final round...won the 200 fly event in the 'Dogs dual-meet victory against Fresno Pacific...won the 200 fly against Idaho and finished second in the 200...swam a leg of the Fresno State record breaking 400-yard medley relay team at the WAC Championship Meet with a team time of 3:49.66.
2009-10 (Freshman): Led the Bulldogs in the butterfly events recording a career-best time of 56.98 in the 100 butterfly at the WAC Championships good enough for ninth overall ... finished sixth overall in the 200 butterfly event at the WAC Championships with a time of 2:04.77 to contribute crucial championship points ... scored top eight finishes in both butterfly events at the WAC championships ... ranks fourth all-time at Fresno State with a 200 butterfly time of 2:04.69 at the Toshiba Classic ... recorded the `Dogs top 1000 freestyle time of the season with a 10:53.59 against San Jose State ... was a major contributor for the `Dogs in every relay event ... finished first in the 200 freestyle event (1:57.36), 100 butterfly (58.94) and 200 butterfly (2:08.58) in the `Dogs first dual meet win against Fresno Pacific ... swept all three events for the second time of the season against Cal State Bakersfield ... finished first in the 100 butterfly (58.85) at the Beach Cup ... accumulated seven single event victories ... posted the sixth fastest WAC time in the 200 butterfly(2:04.69) ... named team freshman of the year.
