05/10/2012 Swimming and Diving Season HighlightsThe 2011-12 swimming and diving team wrapped up the season with a banquet honoring the season, seniors and school records. 04/18/2012 21 `Dogs Earn WAC Academic HonorsFor the fourth year in a row, the Bulldogs have had over 20 student-athletes earn winter academic all-WAC honors. 03/12/2012 Moult Named Sysco Student-Athlete of the WeekThe junior scored a game-best 23 points and added five rebounds as Fresno State crushed LA Tech 89-61 and post its program-record 28th victory of the season. 03/10/2012 Prigge Places 5th on PlatformSophomore diver Hannah Prigge finished fifth in the Platform dive Saturday at the NCAA Zone E Diving qualifier. 03/09/2012 'Dogs Make a Splash Off The 3-MeterOn day two of the NCAA Zone E Diving Qualifier, Stacy Luke and Hannah Prigge competed in the 3-meter dive. Last Updated: May 24, 2012 Fresno State: (2011-12) Earned her first WAC Championship title for her strong performance on the platform dive ... received a score of 285.15 at the WAC Championships earning her the number one spot ... broke the 3-meter dive school record three times during the season ... the first was at Nevada when she scored a 295.73, which slashed an eight year old previous record ... she broke that record again with a 310.65 at home against San Jose State ... the third time she broke the record was with a 317.05 at the WAC Championships when she earned a third place finish in the 3-meter dive ... qualified for her second consecutive NCAA Zones diving competition ... finished second in the preliminary round in Platform with a 272.80 at Zones, scored a 530.10 in the finals, earning a fifth place finish overall ... named Verizon WAC Diver of the Week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5 ... named the MVP Diver for the 2011-12 season. (2010-11) A standout freshman campaign for the Bulldogs...established herself as one of the teams top divers...dove both of her season-bests at The Valley Invitational to boost her team to a second place finish...scored 269.70 points off the 1-meter board for a first place finish and 283.75 points off the 3-meter...named WAC Diver of the Week for her performance...scored 206.40 points in the platform dive at the Wildcat Diving Invite...won her first collegiate diving in a dual meet against Idaho in the 1-meter dive, she also placed second in the 3-meter event...at the competitive Wildcat Diving Invite placed 6th overall in the platform...placed 15th off the 3-meter board and 9th off the platform at the WAC Championship Meet...qualified to compete in her first NCAA Zone Meet and competed strongly for the Bulldogs...was named Freshman of the Year by her teammates. Whitney High School: Three year varsity letter winning diver...was the Pineer Valley League Champion three years in a row...earned all-PVL honors all three years...qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals in 2008 and 2009...finished 12th at the 2009 nationals. Personal: Born January 18, 1992...parents are Todd Prigge and Carol Whan...has two older brothers, Matt and Eric...lists her favorite athlete as Sydney Crosby because he helped lead his team to a Stanley Cup...biggest athletic thrill comes from diving off 10-meters...most admires her mom because she is always there for her when she needs her...chose Fresno State because she loves the support of the community behind the school and athletics.
