The Buckeyes won the doubles point and five of the six singles matches.
"Give credit to Ohio State, they came here ready to compete," Fresno State head coach Simon Thibodeau said. "They are a team that is much better than their ranking."
The Bulldogs will face 26th-ranked Virginia on Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Wathen Tennis Center. The Buckeyes will meet No. 25 Florida State for the right to go to the ITA National Team Indoors Sweet 16.
