FRESNO, Calif. – ESPNU and No. 3 Hawai’i are coming to the Save Mart Center to take on the red-hot Bulldog volleyball team on Oct. 29 at 8:30 p.m. and Fresno State is encouraging all fans to come and ‘pack the house’ for what will be the biggest match of the season in the arena.
Fresno State Athletics has been using social media, such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to promote its teams and student-athletes. This week, Fresno State will give a lucky fan a chance to win a $100 prize pack from the Bulldog Shop and two free tickets to Thursday’s volleyball match via Twitter.
To be eligible, Fresno State fans must sign up for the official Fresno State Athletics Twitter account (@FSAthletics) starting now, until Tuesday, Oct. 27 at noon PT. If you are already a Twitter follower of Fresno State Athletics, you are highly encouraged to talk to your friends to start following and take you as their guest if they win or create a new account to also follow Fresno State Athletics. The page is available at www.twitter.com/fsathletics.

The winner will be announced on Twitter (@FSAthletics) on Tuesday afternoon and will be asked to pick up the prize on Wednesday at the Fresno State Athletics Office.

Twitter, the third-largest social network with more than six million users, is a micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates (known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. Updates are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them.

"We Are Your Team" - Fresno State is "packing the house" on October 29 when the Bulldog Volleyball team hosts nationally ranked Hawai'i. All Fresno State students living in the resident halls are encouraged to attend. The hall with the highest attendance will have the chance to win some great prizes!
