FRESNO, Calif. --- After leading Fresno State to its best performance against national No.3-ranked Hawai'i in school history and eliminating the defending Western Athletic Conference tournament champion Utah State, senior Brianna Clarke earned a spot on the All-WAC Tournament Team for her efforts at the Orleans Arena this week.
In the two matches, Clarke recorded 30 kills (3.8 kps) while hitting .605 on 43 attempts.
She added seven blocks to finish as the Bulldogs' second-leading blocker at 436 for her career and five digs to help lead Fresno State to the 3-0 sweep over Utah State and take the first two sets from No. 3 Hawai'i before falling in a five-set thriller.
Fresno State (14-15) finished the season tied for third at the tournament following a tie for fourth place regular season finish.
Clarke was also named first-team All-WAC earlier in the week for the first time in career and become a four-time All-WAC honoree.
