The Fresno State Department of Athletics utilizes digital ticketing for football, softball and baseball. Our digital ticketing system provides fans with greater flexibility when it comes to using season tickets, greater convenience by printing tickets at home, and greater security by bar-coding all tickets.
Like most professional venues, Fresno State scans all tickets at the gates of Bulldog Stadium, Bulldog Diamond and Beiden Field using a bar-code on each ticket to verify admission. Scanning helps identify counterfeit and stolen tickets, providing Bulldog fans with improved security and service.
Our Ticket Giftback program allows season ticket holders, who don't want to see there tickets go unused, to donate tickets back to the athletic department. In turn, the athletic department will distribute tickets to local community organizations or re-sell tickets to other Bulldog fans.
Ticket Transfer allows season ticket holders, who encounter scheduling conflicts, to email tickets to another person who then prints out the tickets on-demand. Bar-codes are printed on each transferred ticket and scanners are used at facility entrances to validate the tickets.
With digital ticketing in place, the Fresno State Athletics Department encourages fans to arrive early to the gate for the first few home games. Arriving early will ensure all fans gain quick access to their seats by avoiding the last minute rush to the gates. Fans should present their own ticket upon arrival at the gates. Please avoid presenting multiple tickets to our personnel scanning tickets.
In addition to purchasing, donating and transferring tickets online, fans will be able to print single game tickets from their office or home computers. Print-at-Home tickets should be printed on white paper using either black or color ink. Each ticket should be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper and treated like any other ticket. For fans security, Print-at-Home tickets are individually bar-coded. The bar-code allows one scan entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell any copies of the Print-at-Home ticket may result in refused admission to the event.
