Fresno State Dance Team
The Fresno State Dance Team is a competitive all-female team comprised of a group of talented individuals with diverse dance backgrounds and talents. These talents come together to entertain the Red Wave at Bulldog athletic events. At football games, the Dance Team primarily performs on the sidelines to tunes played by the Bulldog Marching Band as well as joining the band for on-field pre-game and halftime shows. At basketball games and select volleyball games, the Dance Team performs choreographed routines to recorded music which allow them to showcase their array of talents to entertain the fans. In addition to home athletic contests, look for the Dance Team to perform with the Marching Band at select away football games and post season Bowl Games and as an individual unit at post season basketball events. The Dance Team also travels to compete against other collegiate dance teams at various competitions.
