Soccer & Lacrosse Field

The Fresno State Soccer & Lacrosse Field features opened in 2011 and hosted the Western Athletic Conference Soccer Tournament that same season. It featured a permanent scoreboard, sound system and intimate spectator viewing in place, a permanent press box, additional fixed seating and then other amenities were installed in the fall of 2014. Those amenities included:

- New seating
- New sound system
- On site restroom
- Snack room
- lights

The Bulldog women's soccer team opened the new and improved soccer and lacrosse stadium on Oct. 31, 2014 against San Jose State.

In February, 2015, Fresno State installed Tiffway II Hybrid Bermuda Sod, a one and one-quarter inch thick Super Bowl cut over-seeded with rye grass. The new top-of-the-line natural grass is the same surface that many professional and top collegiate programs use.

Additional facility enhancements for the Fresno State soccer and lacrosse programs include the renovation of the locker rooms that will receive state-of-the-art lockers designed specifically for each individual sport, new flooring, graphics and air conditioning systems. That project is to be completed in the summer of 2015.
